Drawing on his unique background, Glen set out to build a learning company that leverages acting skills and techniques, to create an experiential approach to communication and leadership development. He moved from financial services and recruitment, to acting and directing, then found his way into learning & development, where he worked as a facilitator and coach, across a range of industries.
Over this journey, he discovered that human behaviour and communication were common threads, whether it be in leadership conversations, presentations, sales interactions or standing on stage. He became intrigued with translating what he had learned as a professional actor into learning experiences that help people grow their skills and make meaningful behavioural change.
Glen believes that learning comes from coaching and experiences, not just content and information. So, Bard’s mission is to create behaviour based, action-oriented learning experiences which lead participants to effectively apply what they have learned.
A facilitator and coach for many years, Glen is now focussing on building a team and business to help clients to find solutions to future challenges.
